Booking terms

A booking fee of €60 holds your date.

The booking fee comes off the price of the session. It is not added on top.

You may move the date once, free of charge, if you tell me at least 7 days before the session. The booking fee moves with it.

If the weather makes the session impossible, I decide that and we move the date. There is no charge for a weather move.

If you cancel, the booking fee is kept as compensation for the date that was held for you, whether you cancel more or less than 7 days before.

If I cancel, you get the full booking fee back, exactly the amount you paid.

AWAITING LAWYER: the wording of the right of withdrawal exclusion under DL 24/2014 art. 17, for a service on a date agreed with the client. The draft sentence to review: "Because the session is booked for a specific date agreed with you, the 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply once the date is held."

AWAITING LAWYER: whether the terms page needs anything on image rights and on her use of session photographs in her portfolio.

AWAITING OWNER: confirmation that the booking fee is €60 and not another number. It is a default in D5, not a fact from Tanya.
