AWAITING LAWYER: what the inquiry form collects, the legal basis for holding it, and how long it is kept. The technical fact available to the drafter: form submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV for 180 days (PLAN §2.6).

AWAITING LAWYER: the list of processors and where they hold data. The technical fact available to the drafter: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Sanity (content), Resend (email), Stripe (payment), Google Calendar (the booking hold).

AWAITING LAWYER: photographs of identifiable people, on what basis they are published, and how someone asks for a photograph to be removed.

AWAITING LAWYER: the data subject rights paragraph and the address to send a request to.

AWAITING OWNER: whether the analytics setup is cookieless and therefore whether any cookie text is needed at all.
